Chips overcooked not good, gave it a second chance, probs won't be giving it a third!!

That was the last time. Usually when choose Neptune, I choose it for the food quantity and staff pleasantries, and every time I end up spending more than I planned while waiting longer than I planned. I spend more as Im asked to try something new they have, no matter how many times I refuse a portion after trying it i am then charged for it. Waiting longer as this is the one Chippy where you are guaranteed to wait longer than a drive through McDonalds meal. The other night while waiting 10 minutes for a bag of chips, I got talking to a gentleman that had (of course this will sound unbelievable,) 30 minutes for four bags of chips. Ive given this review the full FIVE STARS as if you have time on your hands and are willing to pay for whatever the pleasant staff recommends, then the food is delicious.

Vegetarian options: Just pick anything off the vegan menu, you won't be disappointed. Triple cooked chips too! Winner!! Dietary restrictions: Caters for vegans.

Fantastic portion size, delicious food and absolutely lovely staff. They made us feel so welcome. All this and provided at an affordable price. Brilliant takeaway and much better overall experience compared to other chippies in town. Definitely would recommend!
