Great support when you first need them. Helpful. Empathetic however, receiving multiple messages lately from creditors saying they haven't received a payment lately, yet my app says its paid.....so where is my money going? 6 emails sent.....still no answer!!!!!!

Completed an IVA just recently and was run and managed OK. But after care a joke..no real help with creditors. Had a query re disbursements and not heard back? Advice re credit file clean up was REALLY poor. Do you know Payplan have taken 4500 in 'fees' over 50% out of what I have paid over the term. They instructed me to do a PPI claim and got nearly 1000 which had to go to the creditors..fine but Just how much of it did the creditors get? Very little I suspect. The post 'support' call from Atiya was Just to sell and promote add on financial services like mortgages..really??! How are you expected to get a mortgage with no deposit?! Which is highly unlikely after coming out of an IVA

Contacted through Paypal advice..asked them to do income and expenditure on phone due to neuropathy in my limbs..offered to send paper forms!!! Same issues would apply...cant hold pen for long tome or tap on a phone for ages!!! Waste of 40 minutes on call..you either want to help or not in this instance..companies are meant to be disability inclusive..clearly this one isnt..staff member was 19...I know how debt help works aged 54..but this one wasnt interested..because my debts are under 4k no doubt..woupdnt make enough money from my plight !!!

Superb service. I spoke to Kelly and Catia and all my debt is sorted into one affordable monthly payment. They've took a load off my shoulders. I recommend them

Had a relly good experience with PayPlan. They were really helpful all the way through my plan. I have one last payment and I will be debt free after 3 years. Thank you to all the pople who looked after me. Veronika
