I was here the other day with my three year old to collect my parcel. She refused to give me my parcel because I could not produce a specific kind of barcode. I showed her the barcode I received and I was able to prove my identity with a ID card. She was adamant that I some how produce a barcode that her equipment will pick up. I spent 20 minutes in that store with a irritated toddler trying to convince this lady to give me the package based on the fact that the package had my name on it and I could prove it. She finally spoke to a colleague or a relative in a foreign language who put some sense in her head and finally agreed to give me the package. She did not apologise for her rudeness, for wasting my time or the lack of information. I wish I could give this store no stars.
