Absolutely shocking company with terrible, disgusting food and a very poor quality of customer service. Ordered a meal from Istanbull Grill (which used to be Golden Spoon) and one item was missing from the order that i had paid for, so I called them to let them know and was asked whether I can just add it to the next order. I said no, as I just wanted a refund for the missing items but was told I had to come down to the shop, I said that wasn't viable as I was working, hence why I ordered delivery, and with that was basically told i couldn't have a refund and they hung up on me mid conversation, even though I was just politely trying to ask for a refund of 3. Following multiple attempts to call them back they answered and claimed they were closed and I had to call back tomorrow and when I stated that I knew they weren't closed they just hung up on me again and refused to answer the phone again. The rest of the food delivered was absolutely disgusting as well and just ended up in the bin. Honestly would avoid this place like the plague if you don't want to deal with vile food, and terribly rude people who obviously don't know how to run a business. Hopefully when the establishment fails again, people with better experience and skills can make the place decent again. -1/10, would not recommend.
