        I had my card detained in their ATM. They refused to help me and said I got to go to my bank to deal with the problem. Went to the bank turned out it was HSBCs ATM that was faulty. This isn't the first time it's happened. My friend and her husband both had their cards detained by the same bank. Never going near that place again and bad service. Now I've had to order a new card and I'm supposed to be going on holiday next week. Thanks HSBC
