My nan is there and she said they are so attentive and look after her needs.

I went to see my grandmother who has dementia for the first time on the 20th April, 2023 on arrival heavily pregnant and couldn't find the buzzer as i walked passed it , I called them on the phone they helped me in with a lovely welcome from staff, some of the residents was sat listening to old rockabilly music some up dacening my nanna had a big smile on her face when she was told it was me, made me cry to see her, we was taken somewhere quite my nanna was helped to the room and sat down whlie she was joking with staff , both of us had a coffee and biscuits, she ate them all all the staff was lovely to my nanna chatting with her and myself other residents was sleeping but when they woke they was all comfortable and helped to move around as they needed coffees and teas an biscuits brought to them if they wanted, it was lovely to see how lovely and happy residents was and staff was , my nanna is my world so I was happy to see her comfortable clean just a happy sole when leaving she was starting to get upset wanting me to stay not understanding she couldn't leave with me but staff was there who helped her calm down and helping her even though she told them what for they swiftly got her to calm down and she walked an sat down not noing I was there she was then chatting to staff as I was helped to get out the door, it couldn't have gone any better I'm so grateful to how my nanna was helped and me to and i left feeling happy as I no shes being looked after it's a lovely care home an I am happy my nana is there where she is safe and loved by staff and residents
