They do a great job grooming my poodle and they are always kind and friendly. They are also experts on all things dog and give very good advice. Highly recommended.

So disgusted with the service, firstly greeted with very bad mannered person who was very rude, then when I collected my dog she was very upset and still is. And the staff did not groom her like I had requested. Basically have made a right mess of her. I will never use gentle grooming again
