It's a train station, what more can I say? There was a light and slight breeze, quite enjoyable. The train was already there, but it was at the end of the line, so that was expected. Overall, I'd say it I loved it.

Used the station and the train rather than the bus. Off peak it was pleasant and on time.

so this morning heading to the train station to go to work as you do only to be yelled at that the trains are cancelled because of the bustly winds even though the train timetable was not yet updated the staff really need to be trained on what Good customer service looks like because that is not it would of been Common sense to have to put a sign up as commuters entered the station that says to them the trains are cancelled please use Enfield chase for your alternative route instead of being yelled at and told in a rude way The board has not been updated yet! Please pass this on to the Tfl managers as this is unacceptable way of speaking to customers

SATURDAY 12:05 A LADY WITH A TFL UNIFORM ( ENFIELD TOWN STATION ) TOLD ME THAT I WAS RUDE AND I DONT UNDERSTAND NOTHING & EVERYONE MUST HAVE A BSNK CARD IN THIS COUNTRY , MY QUESTION IT WAS ? WHY ONLY I CAN USE BANK CARD FOR SIMPLE PERSON IF MY CARD ITS REGISTERED AT TFL IF STILL THE SAME SIMPLE QUESTIONS THAT I RECEIVED A NO INFORMATION A NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TFL EMPLOYEE. STILL THINKING WHY THIS LADY SPEAKS LIKE A DICTATOR IN THE WAY TO FORCE EVERYONE HAVING A BANK CARD .
