        Volkan was very experienced and professional - the socket fault wasnt apparent but he really took time and ensured he investigated the issue thoroughly - resulting in fixing the fault eventually, that was when I was just about to lose all hope! Very pleased.

        Volkan did a fantastic job! It means I can connect my computer to the broadband hub via ethernet cable rather than using WiFi. Consequently, it is as fast as anything. He even tidied up the loose chippings where he had done some drilling! Excellent care and attention to detail.
