Love my new tattoo, my artist was meticulous and very professional, a stand up guy , I'd travel back to London from the US just to get another tattoo here !

I made an appointment via Instagram at the beginning March. Paid a deposit and the appointment was confirmed for later in the month. I turned up for my appointment for tattoo removal and was told there was no appointment made for me. I showed my messages about the booking and deposit to the receptionist. The person who helped me was really lovely and apologetic and said it wasnt the first time this has happened even on that same day. I had to wait for about an hour for the tattoo removal person to arrive which I had agreed to do as I paid to travel all the way there and didnt want to waste my journey. The hygeine of the appointment was questionable, the person did not change their gloves during the appointment even after touching various items, I felt like it was a bit awkward and I didnt really feel like I was put at ease either. The shop did give me a discount for the trouble and the person on reception was really lovely. But I wont be returning due to the bad organisation and the bad experience of the tattoo removal process. Service: Tattoo removal
