The most horrendous pub in the world! The horrible bouncer who is old grandpa, argued with me and my friend, cz we didn't stand where he said! Like it matters Then touched my friend inappropriately and when she told him off he started screaming for a bar at us asking to leave! We came to your bar to spend our money and basically pay his salary. This behaviour is unpleasant and disappointing. 0/10

Theres something magical about a pub that sits alone like an island amidst the hustle and bustle of central London and The Shipwrights Arms is a classic. Grade II listed, this handsome pub was built in 1884, with the interior arranged around a central wooden island bar. Im sure you pass by London Bridge at least occasionally, so youve no excuse to not give it a try. If you found my review or photos helpful please leave a quick thumbs up Thank you!

Ive seen a couple of other comments to this effect but the barmaid was one of the rudest people Ive ever met. Her attitude was horrible and she was throwing people out of the pub for absolutely no reason. One girl got asked to leave because she was too loud (she laughed at a normal volume). Absolutely appalling treatment of all the customers and after pointing out how rude she was I got asked to leave as well. Dont go here.
