Had a lovely evening here. All the staff were amazing and really made us feel welcome, with notable shout out to Robin who was a star and made us feel very welcome. Also their new experimental cocktails were honestly great. Will defo have to come back and convince some friends to come allong to!

Everything was fine, except for the terrible and arrogant customer service provided by the manager. When we were ordering food and asked about the Burrata dish, one of my other friends was describing Burrata to us as being in the cheese category, and the manager got very defensive because she is Italian and kept aggressively telling us it's not a cheese. When we asked whether they had truffle fries, she forcefully continued repeating, "We are a Michelin Star restaurant, we don't serve fries, if we did, I wouldnt be working here," in a harsh tone. We ordered a bread selection and were given a flat bread that had pork without even mentioning it to us because we don't eat pork; when we told her we ordered a bread selection, she gave us an awful look. This is unacceptable; we are paying customers, and this is a terrible way to portray the organisation. She made us feel like we were low-status and shouldn't be here, like the ugly ducklings. It was so bad that I will never return; as the manager of a well-known pub, this is not how you treat paying customers. We didn't pay 2 or 3 for our bill; we paid about 200. What a pity,
