        Over the long term, in general, you cant lose with property. Unless these guys manage it in their SPV. They mismanage the limited company that you own shares in, which owns the property, and many SPVs are in debt of thousands. They then offer to sell the SPVs for you at a loss, or ask for further investment to the SPV, where the same mismanagement could happen again. Grenfell and Covid are a convenient excuse for incompetence.
