I have been trying to find my parcel for over a month now, got it sent to the Post Office on Borough High St as my local Royal Mail depot 'lost' it. I went to receive it my parcel at Borough High St, to have the man at the cashier refused to help - saying "I'm not going to get up Fri my seat" to find my parcel. He was absolutely rude for no reason, and should not work in customer service.
This ruined my day and I hope this man gets removed from talking to future customers. He was on cashier 9 at 1:15 on 26/04/2023. Please have more helpful and kind cashers. A little kindness goes a long way.
