Purchased as needed online and was very skeptical as you pay upfront. However, once we arrived, (and yes it is a tiny little box room and looks very underwhelming), the lady was lovely! She helped us find the place, discussed all the different options if we wanted to change our minds on what was ordered and then she talked us through how it all works. She took loads of pictures and we got to choose the ones we liked best. Digital copy received within a couple of days and look awsum! We look forward to getting them printed and displayed.

I was very sceptical about this because of all the bad reviews but despite them i went ahead with it anyway, and i am so glad i did! I bought this as a Christmas present for my partner. It was a nice experience and the lady was very friendly, we received our picture in just under 3 weeks and thats being over the Christmas period as well and the results are amazing! Very happy customer thank you :)

AWFUL AWFUL service unsure if this is a scam. This outfit has STOLEN our money.Ordered an IRIS Shot as a present for a friend in June 2022 last year, in the North East UK, - turned up the first time, in an odd room, and the photographer could not work the camera. My friend had to travel back the second time and again there was and issue - a photo was taken. To date, in April 2023 not recieved any product. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one responds to emails or the number on website. We have spent 160 on this which is a lot of money. Have contacted PAYPAL and as this has been dragged out for so long by this company - its outside the 180 day period. ALSO BEWARE AFTER PAYMENT you will recieve an email containing IRISHSHOTS T&Cs and refers to EU legals that states that monies are NON refundable!! we received neither the service or the product - PLEASE BEWARE. REALLY DISSAPOINTED.
