Paulina is the best personal trainer I have ever had. In person or virtual. The main objective of our weekly session is to offset the negative impacts of a desk job, so we focus on core strength, opening up chest and hips, flexibility, etc. Even one hour per week, I feel positive effects: stronger, more flexible, more upright. In between sessions she recommends other exercises, offers nutrition tips, encouragement to go for an run, etc. which helps motivate me. Cant recommend highly enough.

Paulina is amazing trainer and great woman! I really admire her ability to motivate others and explain everything in such great and simple to understand way. She trains with me now in my 'pregnant mode'. That's incredible how much she cares and how much she knows (and still she's not stopping learning!). I feel safe during training and additionaly to excercise I receive a lot of tips & tricks for pregnant life (we can discuss about diet, supplements, ills) - really complex care. Thanks to her I feel really great, I can be fit girl and believe than I'm really responsible for my body and health. I totally recommend work with her!

I've known Paulina from my old gym, No.1 Fitness where she used to teach classes. When this closed down everybody went their separate ways and it was hard to find a gym as good as this one. I found Paulina via 'Google' after searching for a personal trainer near me and so glad that I got to train with her again. She is very professional with a polite and friendly attitude. She is patient, understanding, positive, keeps me motivated and helps me to achieve my fitness goals quite quickly. I would recommend her as she is so amazing! I hope to keep training with her for as long as I can!

I was someone with a long-term dislike of the gym - and certainly had never had a PT - however, I had been experiencing back pain that had been getting progressively worse over some years and realised I needed to do something about my core strength. I began training with Paulina once or twice a week outside in the park: after 6 months I feel much stronger, experience far less back pain and overall feel far more positive. Her sessions were always fun and varied to keep things interesting and challenging. Paulina took the time to understand my strengths, weaknesses and was always ready to motivate and push me further. I have even now joined a gym! I highly recommend Paulina to anyone.
