I am a dedicated gym-goer. Fitness is life. I had been training on my own for two years when I realised that I wasnt progressing anymore while only attending cardio classes. This is when I decided to train with Ebenezer. My objective was to start weight-lifting training and, more importantly, to get solid technique foundation for the future. I knew him from the gym and I chose him because his physique is a testimony that he practises what he preaches and for me credibility is paramount. I have trained with Ebenezer twice a week for several years and I have learned and progressed so much. He taught me the correct technique which is vital to progress and to avoid injuries. He designed different types of training programmes/routines and showed me that there are number of different ways to train in order not to let your body get used to doing the same routine and keep your motivation. He also gave me a lot of advice on diet and general fitness. Last but not least, I am always looking forward to my training sessions with Ebenezer because he has a great personality and he is always in good spirits. The work I have done with Ebenezer has helped me achieve my objectives and made me a fully-fledged weight-lifter. Whatever your fitness objectives are, Ebenezer will help you achieve and even exceed them.

Ebz is a great trainer and really knowledgable. He makes the sessions fun and engaging. I have a back injury and he ensures that I get the most out of the session without impacting my injury any further.

Since I started training with Ebenezer I've seen myself improving not only my strength but my technique, he keeps me motivated all tbe time and follows my goals closely, you see his commitment from day one. I have recommended him to many people saying he is the best PT I've come across.
