Employees need to get a customer service training, I was very polite to them when Ive entered the salon, but I received back the opposite, and for no reason. They speak their language, thinking that customers dont understand what they are saying. Ive been doing my manicure and pedicure for many years and this is the WORST experience Ive never had !!
They asked me to leave the salon at 6:30pm because they have to do the cleaning, whereas it closes at 7pm! My nail polish wasnt even dry! What a shame !
