Poor service. 100% unprofessional job. Not recommended. Rude and unprofessional. Paid 30 for nothing. Asked for a basic French manicure, showed a photo as well, that the guy didnt even bothered to take a look! Ended up with uneven lines and paint all over my skin near nails. I told them I was unhappy with the results, and the technician raised the tone of his voice telling me that my nails are short and couldnt do anything better! Waist of time and money. DO NOTTT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went for an infill which I was initially told it was 25 pounds. I then sat down showed a photo and they began my nails. After changing my nails and taking off my own design they have told me they dont have what I asked for. The older man in there was so rude and sarcastic to me. Charged me extra and I am so unhappy and disappointed. My nails look absolutely horrible. Dont bother. They just want money they dont care about the customers satisfaction. Never going here again!

Avoid. The use MMA, which is prohibited as it is damaging to nails. My nails have been weak for a few months now and I am in the process of reporting this business. The customer service is poor, and they will have you waiting for over an hour to be seen. Prices are higher than neighbouring shops despite the service quality being lower. They do not change or sanitise their materials at all or according to U.K. Cosmetic Regulations. High chance of catching infections here. I would give 0 stars if I could.
