RACIST! I would give no stars if I could!I dont usually write reviews but I am so embarrassed I feel like it is necessary. I watched as 7 white women came, got their nails done and paid at the end of their service. The woman doing my nails was visibly agitated by my presence from the start, she then asked me to pay up front before she painted my nails I had 30 in cash, I got a full set acrylics with normal polish, I gave her the 30 she then said I owed her 32, I asked if it would be ok for me to go and withdraw the 2 after my nails were done she said not really. The entire time I was polite. I was also charged 10 for a take off and all he did was flick off the acrylic nails, no acetone or anything. I was also told off for smudging my nails, Im 26 years old and they seem to think this was appropriate! I was wearing leggings, trainers and a puffer jacket, I dont know whether this contributed to my treatment! I will never go again and would suggest any black/mixed race women to go elsewhere. Diamond nails isnt too far from this place and they are lovely and do a good job I would recommend going there instead.

Love this place! Had an issue with my nails they did in Jan and they were very apologetic and helpful when I came in again even though it was nearly 4 months later because I was out of London but they still remembered! Will defo be back love my nails thanks!!!

Ive been going there for a while and they are absolutely brilliant . Yeah maybe a bit overpriced but again we are on London . They take care of details and everyone keep complimenting me on my nails .

The guys there are really nice and precise. I am always satisfy when I come out of the place. Highly recommended also for their reasonable prices.
