Beth and Stuart at Acorn are great! They helped my close on my first flat and I couldnt be happier and highly recommend them. As a first time buyer theres a lot to deal with, so working with someone that actually put the extra effort was really helpful. They were professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Have to say, at first I was hesitant to use a land based agent opting for online one instead. This was purely based off financials and nothing else. I am happy to admit now that I couldnt have been more wrong. Having tried both, using an established agency for the local area has proven to be a no brainer!. My dealings were primarily with Stuart at the agency and have to say very impressed, kept me up to date on how it was going (vs radio silence on online agency), I got a prompt reply back even after hours whenever I had a query. Would recommend.

The lift at the property Futura House (168 Grange Road) is not working since last 3 months which is managed by Acorn. This is the most unprofessional service Ive ever experienced in my life. Despite contacting them multiple times over the past 100 days, the lift is still in non-working condition.
