        The worst leasing experience Ive ever had. I signed my lease agreement 1/15 to move in 2/1. On 1/30 I was informed that the property did not pass city inspection and that I could not move in until it passed inspection. I contacted the property manager several times in weeks prior and was assured the house would ready by the move in date. The response I received was we are at the mercy of the city and that I could cancel the agreement and wait for a refund. Save yourself the headache and find another property management company.
