Kat Maconie

Went in to the Carnaby Street shop after seeing the fab shoes in the window. Made to feel extremely welcome by Jack and Nadine ( hope Ive remembered their names).

Such an amazing store, Nadine and Jack made me feel so special trying on the shoes. I would recommend this store to everyone in need of amazing shoes! Five stars to the two stars who helped me!

I visited the store recently after the amazing window display caught my eye. What a fabulous experience it was! Jack helped me try on lots of beautiful shoes. So I left with a gorgeous pair of shoes (Ive had so many compliments) and having had the most fun thank you

I visited the store today and was greeted with a lovely sales assistant called Dulcie who helped with finding some amazing shoes. I felt super comfortable and didn't feel afraid to ask questions. However, the door was open and it was so cold outside. 5 STARS for customer service!!!!

The Kat Maconie shoes are fantastic: the artistry, the design are unique and one of a kind. The staff at the store are friendly, approachable, attentive and do not put pressure on you. Its a lovely shopping experience. I will say that the thinner heels wear down quicker than the thicker ones and can't take a lot of wear and tera but the thicker heels are a Kat Maconie signature so perhaps for the best!
