        We have recently booked 2 holidays here and I have to say how lovely the member of staff was who booked these holidays for us. Her name is Charlotte and she spent so much time with us ensuring we booked the right holiday for us. Giving us alternative destinations and flights to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and even managed to get a discount on one of the excursions. I really recommend this branch as all the staff are very friendly and professional.

        Excellent service as ever. Always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Just spoken to Kim as we had a problem booking our seats. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. 5th time we have used TUI for our holidays.
