All matters were dealt with in a professional manner and all enquires were responded to promptly and diligently - at no point did I feel out of the loop. If for whatever reason Paul was not available, the rest of the team made every effort to assist in his absence, and I was never left waiting long to be contacted. We have recently purchased our first property through Ellis & Co. Paul Rudolph was extremely helpful and responsive during the process. As we were aiming to exchange before the end of stamp duty holiday, his speedy responses helped us to follow up with delayed documents. He also kindly arranged second viewing just before moving in and was very helpful with everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend their service and wish the team best of luck!
