Regus - IW Group. The worst office space in London! I'm afraid they have serious cash problem. Be careful. Constantly problems with the service. Overcharging, hardly to get the refunds. It is a nightmare to do any business from Regus offices. Instead of focus on running my business I'm constantly in a battle with the service people to get things done, to get the service as per the agreement. Avoid that location! As an update. Left the office center and now another battle to get the deposit back! Refunded partly late! I've issue a late fee charge against them. They responded that they deducted from my deposit a charge for an invoice, which was in fact paid, so after few emails they finally refunded some of that, claiming now that they charged me late fee for this invoice being paid late! But they refuse to pay late fee charged to them by myself. In fact they charged me for leaving the office - restoration fee ("normal tear and wear of the office", then on top of that they charged me another for painting the office! which is part of the normal tear and wear! They are terrible crook business! as an reminder, Regus paid dividends to the shareholders on the beginning of Covid, then filed for bankruptcy, which then was taken over straight the way by IW Group! continuing the same fraud policy of screwing customers off! Court case to the way!
