Tower Bridge City Apts

This address, 167 Tower Bridge Road, is not a hotel, it is a private residential building. Short term lettings of apartments in this building, including AirBnB and Booking.com, are not permitted and there is no reception. You will see that the contact number is a mobile and there is no website - all not the case with a real 4 star hotel. If anyone is told to check-in here you are being misled. People have arrived at this building and then had to go elsewhere. Legal action will be taken against anyone using this address for improper or misleading purposes.

Worst experience in my life with apartments!! The host is con man, I messaged him & tried called him asking for help when I arrived at the place. He didnt answer my call or text then sent some lady to give the keys to me after waiting about 30mins for them, Up to now his not replied or contacted me back even with an apology for how bad the place was. the place he gave me had no toilet or toilet flush, toilet seat dirty , had left over food left in the fridge and kitchen side, the balcony covered in bird poo looks like its not been cleaned in a very long time! The WiFi didnt work, neither did his contact emergency numbers work. Also dont let the pictures lie to you the rooms look nothing like whats being advertised. Looks like his using a different apartments pictures to advertise his poorly treat apartment. Its that bad his not using his own images how ever he was a really bad host! Ruined our day
