A small pasta place situated near London Bridge. The pappardelle was outstanding, the meat sauce was flavourful and well-seasoned, the pasta is the perfect shape to embody the sauce. The carbonara was an interesting take, it is very light unlike the typical carbonara. I enjoyed the creaminess of it and the noodles were cooked to al-dente. The major down side of this restaurant is that this place is very loud, and I feel like I couldnt properly enjoy my meal without my eardrums being blown out. However, the food and service makes up for it, so recommend giving it a try if you happen to be at the area nearby.
