        Avoid selling any of their care homes. None of the care homes they have sourced over the past five years are running profitably. Worst of all, when the properties they introduced go pear shaped, they say they are disinstructed and move on. You will be left to pick up the mess. Isobel is a nice lady though. But it it does not make up for the poorly packaged deals and misinformation. They also tried to get a client to complete on a property that the vendor had not exchanged on.
