Working with David and Brendan from Object, Space, Place has been a dream from start to finish. They actively listened to our brief and presented beautifully designed solutions in response with bespoke responses to our customers needs. The partnership evolved with collective input right through the design process through to production. To this day, this is the only design team Ive worked with which surpassed expectations, transposing CGIs into perfectly formed and practically considered objects... in our case, a beautiful, interactive and passive concierge facility. Running a business is one of the hardest things in a man's life but it is also like a speeding train of opportunity to grab without doubt. Here at Pasta Remoli, we started out our journey in May 2011 and month after month we have seen more responsibility landing on our shoulders. So when in 2016 we had to relocate our unit in Westfield Stratford city, we had to make sure to bring on board not only a simple design company but an expert in relationship and management with the landlord and local authority during the design process. At that point, we meet David and Brendan from OSP and we have learned so much from them in terms of delegation. They will take care of every single aspect of the project: - feasibility plan, to understand the compatibility of your concept with the location - brand concept design - tendering with different contractors - liaising with the landlord for any small details to prevent any extra costs after the fit out - liaising with local authority for licensing - keeping time scale as promised So basically you find a location and they will turn it into your dream shop. And the best thing is that your involvment will be as much/ little as you like as they can cover pretty much everything and definetely better than yourself. So now this is will be our third unit together Thanks David and Brendan

I had the pleasure of working with the OSP team on a unique restaurant design project for Chipotle Mexican Grill, located at London Wall. OSP truly understands how to balance design aesthetic with pragmatism. The result was a functional, beautiful space that brought in record numbers of customers. Their attention to detail is great, and they understand how to balance the design with the needs of their clients.
