PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY . My loft conversion started in September still not complete . WARNING they will change the specs for the original structural steel beams and replace one with timber beam without notifying you in the hope you don't clock on to there short cut they do not like being questioned and get anyoed (Jack) Have reported trendy lofts to FMB and will update on out come very soon . Let me begin by saying how pleased we are with our spacious loft conversion. When Trendy Lofts gave us a quote that was 20000 less than one of the other companies we went to, I was both delighted and a little anxious that this might be reflected in the quality of their work. I neednt have worried. From start to finish they operated in a highly efficient and professional manner. Special thanks to Aaron who worked so hard in freezing weather. They had promised an eight week job and delivered on that. The quality of the work (and materials used) from all the trades involved was excellent. We now have a stunning extra room with an en-suite. I dont usually give reviews but feel I should share my experience with others. If you are looking for more space and considering a loft conversion, this company is for you. I researched and contemplated it for over a year and I must say with hand on heart it was the scariest but best decision I have ever made. Trendy are like a well-oiled machine, from the Directors Jack and Perry to Jannine in the office to every single trades person that step foot into my home were hard working and extremely knowledgeable and experts in their field. Nothing was ever a problem Im sure there were a few along the way but the problem was never laid at my door and delt with. All I knew was we needed more room as we had outgrown our house, I had no vision or expertise in what to expect or what I wanted other than more space, but my hand was held every step of the way and I am truly amazed at what has been built. This is the biggest project I am ever likely to indulge in but it has been the easiest process and this is all thanks to the amazing team that Trendy are, in just under 2 months we now have the space we needed and we couldnt be happier.
