        Booked an appointment for the may Bank holiday, was unsure if they would be open but there was appointments online so i booked. Arrived there that day and the whole place was closed up and there was no sign of an email or call to apologise. Still, I persisted as I had a great cut there January 2018. And booked a second appointment for today, friday the 31st May. The appointment was for 10am. I areived early and everything was shut down so i waited to 9.55 and went back. The complex was now open with the cafe but there was still no sign of anyone for the salon. The lady at the cafe said i should sit and wait, and offered me coffee. I waited for another 10 mins and still nothing. There was no sign of an email or call saying they will be late. I will not be going back there and advise anyone else tempted by the cost to not waste their time
