5/5 for Bella. I hate my hair - thin, Fly away and dry and she always does such an amazing job. I leave feeling so much better about myself. Shes a fantastic hair dresser and has had exceptional training. She also has a great manner and its a pleasure visiting her for a cut. The whole team is lovely And its something to look forward to.

Ollie is amazing! Knew exactly what would look best and talked me through everything as he went along also just a LOVELY guy. One of the best haircuts Ive ever had, and a gorgeous blow dry. Thank you thank you!

I dont like to give a negative review but I had a terrible haircut here. The person cutting my hair didnt give me any confidence they knew what they were doing and it was so bad that I went to my normal hairdresser three days later to get it fixed. (I tried here rather than my normal place as I needed my haircut for an important occasion and I couldnt get in as Id left it too late). I did leave my comments to Strand & Lock on their automated survey post my appointment and probably wouldnt have posted this if theyd bothered to contact me.

This is my first visit to Strand and Lock. Id had a blunt bob previously and I was starting to look like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. Edwin was so informative to help me restyle my hair. He completely put me at ease. He explained to me that this will be a process to help me grow my hair again and put a plan in place to visit again in 8 weeks. I will be going nowhere else from now on I highly recommend this salon and Edwin. Service: Hairstyling
