Craig really listened to me and explained every step of the process, I felt involved in what was going on and like I understood the process more.
The salon itself is warm and welcoming, I could see that cleaning was being done regularly.
The cut and colour were great, I felt really looked after and came out feeling really pleased with me hair.
I want to commend Craig and Jade with how they looked after some older clients that were there at the same time. It was clear that they really care about every customers experience and make every effort with the little things like helping an older person with their mobility aid as well as the haircut/ wash/ colour itself.
