Good gym with nice atmosphere. Not over the top like some commercial gyms. Excellent range of equipment.

*** UPDATED REVIEW *** Great local gym. Been going here for years. Very friendly and helpful staff. UPDATE: Recently this gym has rebranded to Lux fitness with many great improvements. Refurbished indoor facilities and new design. Lots of new equipment: 3 squat racks (2 of which have a DL platform), 1 smith machine, lots of dumbbells from 2.5kg all the way up to 70kg (before used to be 50kg heaviest dumbbell), 1 of each flat/decline/incline bench racks + 6 chest machines, 3 shoulder machines, seated dip machine, cable machines, about 5 back machines and way more.... Busiest hours are usually between 6PM and 9PM weekdays. Weekends are virtually empty. There are also several personal trainers here if you are interested. Overall, a great, clean and affordable gym.
