        The Dunn Cow Surgery call handler 'hung up' as I was on the call to her. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. AVOID this place at all costs if you value your health. The staff at the Aylesbury Medical Center are 100 times better.

        I arrived 10mins before my appointment time. As I entered the reception area, I was happy to see the chairs spaced out so that each patient had their personal space. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. I was seen within 5mins of arriving and treated by Ms Charlotte who was very informative and polite, even talking time to help me with another issue I had. I was in- and-out in 10mins!
