I can't say enough good things about the team at Zoom247! They reached out to me via a post on Checkatrade and were nothing but professional, kind and conscientious throughout our dealings. The team ended up not only replacing my boiler but also installing a smart heating system that I'd had my eye on for awhile, including a number of smart radiator valves. Even though they weren't entirely familiar with the system and it was a bit of a struggle getting it set up, the team stuck with me, making sure to keep lines of communication wide open and manage my expectations. They really went above and beyond to get me set up and had a good sense of humour about it throughout. I've never met such a dedicated group of people and would recommend/use them again in an instant. Thanks guys!

Spoke to Rob about a my boiler not working and he arranged to have someone come out the same day the engineer was really helpful. He had to change a part and had it working again the that day. Highly recommend

I have been working with Zoom for the past 5,6 years and they help me across a number of properties I manage. Their service and response is excellent, they finish the work and leave everything clean. Danny has saved me many times and go above and beyond to not only move people around for emergencies but also taking the time to explain to me every issue in detail. A keeper!

I recently used these plumbers to fix my boiler I had no hot water they was extremely professional and kept to their appointment times, it is now fully fixed and I can wash again! thank you
