We've had a long journey with LWC which finally ends now with the disposal of our remaining embryos. Sadly in 2018 we lost our pregnancy. We thought at the time and still do that the medication could have been monitored better. We've often felt we were just a number and when you're paying so much for treatment you want to feel special. Hence we only give 3 stars! Good luck to everyone and hope you get your happy ending!

As someone in a same sex relationship, looking to expand our queer family, I have nothing but good things to say about LWC. Having had some questionable and upsetting interactions with my local GP surrounding queer parenting, Its such a relief and a joy to come into LWC knowing we will always be accepted and welcomed with open arms. Thank you

Since I posted this review the London Bridge clinic has called me to take on my feedback based on the review. I was using the Brentwood clinic who have been great and really friendly and welcoming . However due to moving house I now need to use the London Bridge clinic, the transfer experience has been terrible, they wanted to register me as a new paitent and for me to pay for assessments again after already agreeing a treatment plan and having treatment. I am not able to contact the clinic directly and no on answers the general enquiries line. Really bad experience with the London Bridge clinic.

Urgent!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC I've applied to be an egg donor for altruistic reasons. I wasn't aware the clinic makes a fortune selling donated eggs but well, it's a private clinic after all. I was greeted by the doctor who hugged me, told me what wonderful support they would give me and what an amazing person I was to be a donor. Fast forward to the scan - turns out one of my ovaries is really small and I cannot be a donor cause the clinic cannot squeeze enough eggs out of me to make good business. This is where the pleasant phase ended. I will never forget the disgust in doctors eyes when she looked at me. I was pretty much kicked out on the street with a promo leaflet saying I should freeze my remaining eggs for 25K . Needless to say I was devastated emotionally as I never worried about my fertility before. Greedy despicable people. I went for a private scan today to a different clinic, everything is fine with my ovaries. I just wasn't a cash cow for the Bridge Centre. If you're reading this I'm sure you are desperate to have a baby. Please choose a different clinic that actually respects people and doesn't abuse egg donors.
