10/10 Excellent service! Bill went above and beyond to make sure my clothes were cleaned to be in the most PRISTINE condition. Not to mention Bill is so warm and friendly!! I brought in a white down jacket that had heavy wear on it since I wore it everyday last season, and now it looks brand NEW!! I also brought my pants which needed tailoring and very pleased with how it turned out. THANK YOU so much! This is definitely the only laundromat I will be going to. I brought my jeans in the morning to replace a zipper that broke. They asked me when I could pick up the trousers, and I said Tuesday because I thought I would be in London then. That afternoon my plans changed, and I came back to inform them that I would have too pick up the trousers in about a week and a half, and when I came to the desk, the gentleman working there smiled and said: They are done! The stitching was seamless, I couldnt even see that the zipper was replaced. Brand new! Amazing job, and so quickly done! Thank you, Bill! Services: Clothing alterations & repairs, Alterations

I have lived locally for 7 years and tried 3 different dry cleaners over that period, and Principles are by far the best dry cleaners in the area. Their prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. I had lost a ticket and wasnt sure how I was going to retrieve an item, the owner proceeded to go through the entire inventory the next day and found it. Highly recommend Service: Laundry wash & fold
