The first time I went there a few years ago tartar between my teeth was removed along with the check up during a single visit. All under the Band 1 price. I decided to go there again recently as the tartar was starting to return. While booking the appointment I was told that if there was tartar to be removed, even if it had to be done on a second visit, it would all be under the Band 1 price again. During this recent check up the dentist Claudia starts using what I can only describe as salesman tactics, highlighting things that were there on the last visit (e.g. off-white teeth), but werent brought up. She only did the check up (took less than 5mins) and said Id need to return for a Band 2 and pay the difference. Would the things she highlighted be dealt with on a Band 2? Nope. Thats Band 3. She had insisted on me putting down my occupation, and I think she then classed me as someone with cash to burn. Speaking to them about the unexpected level of service only resulted in them repeating a memorised script and ignoring what I was saying. Based on principle and poor communication from multiple members of staff, I will not be returning to this place.

After years of treatment at this surgery I ended up in hospital with life trethening cysts. They've fed me with antibiotics and killed almost all the teeth. At St Thomas hospital, very wise dentist told me to avoid them and seek help elsewhere. I've spend thousands replacing all fillings with '21st century materials'. This surgery seems to be run by receptionist who's trying to save money by using dodgy fillings. Her teeth are looking worst than crack addict jaws. Avoid at all costs!

Dr Him Ho and his dental nurse were amazing with my 24 year old son again, they have been so brilliant & patient, they have worked with my son and helped him through the most terrible dentist phobia. My son was so comfortable at the last visit he let Dentist Him Ho use the hook to examine him with no problem. I am so delighted, as is my son who has come so far from having full on panic attacks to this stage. Thank you Him Ho & your wonderful dental nurse.
