        It's been 6 days since I called the. Council. my house has a water leak, compromising the electricity, they came here but didn't do anything, I need to know where this water leak comes from.

        I placed an online request for estate parking. It was easier getting a passport and Visa application. Online application? A bad joke. They take details including age (?) intrusive details vis-a-vis my flat and then say that they will call in 5 days for payment. Perhaps they are unaware it is the 21st Century and online MEANS ONLINE. 8 days later, still waiting and a 7 minute call to their number went unanswered.
