I booked a consultation and was asked (compelled) to give a "deposit" of 50 which I was assured would be refunded, it was only to ensure that I attended the appointment. I just got my credit card bill and lo and behold, it has not been refunded. Maybe it is because I decided not to go ahead with the treatment. I declined to go ahead for a couple of reasons; firstly, I didn't like the hard sell from the saleswoman and also I felt a bad vibe from the place, the dentist I saw seemed to have a shaky hand and the place itself seemed unfinished. Beware, caveat emptor.

So disappointing. My first visit was excellent, and I was so pleased, until, I wanted to make some changes to my contract. I tried to contact clinic for a hundred times. They do not reply to my emails and left messages. I went one more time to the clinic during it working hours and the clinic was closed. I feel like a victim of scum. Now, I would like to get my money back and cancel the treatment that was booked later in the month. Be careful, I do not recommend it.

Awful, awful company , i have never experienced such bad customer service from Page Ruskin ( customer service manager) terrible service , please stay away , they take your money and don't provide a proper service , apparently they've gone bankrupt .. which was expected .. ,

I was meant to have my final implants 2 weeks ago after a year of treatment. nobody have called yet and am trying to get in touch but NO Answer. Can someone get in touch please what I need to do. I paid full amount upfront. Really disgusting people !!

Absolute thieves! How can you advertise in the papers knowing that you will close down and take new customers money. My dad has lost over 10k from this company.
