Staff in food hall are extremely rude and unhelpful. Prefer to shop at Waitrose where staff are always helpful. M an S need to properly train their staff.

Most unhelpful and ambivale staffI've ever encountered. Locked the door to the car park and, despite 7 of them milling around, nor one offered to open the doors0when giving me directing to the10 minute detour.
