        For them to be open on a bank holiday is one of the reasons Ive given a 5 star. But furthermore. These two gentlemen went above and beyond with my laptop. I went in for just a battery change, the gentlemen noticed it needed a clean, and cleaned the laptop for me free of charge! They were soo quick and efficient and most importantly, they were absolutely lovely. So polite and reassuring. I will 100000% only have my Apple products fixed at this store ONLY in the future I trust them completely

        Terrible customer service. Went in to check if they can service my laptop and the men in there ignored me at first, then when I tried to ask one of them questions, he didn't even look up, shook his head and went back to what he was doing like I wasn't even worth a verbal response. Appalling rude behaviour that management needs to check (whoever was working the afternoon shift on 7th Apr, Fri)

        they couldnt get it right, first they fixedmy screen but it had a yellow patch on it permanently, then they fixed my screen and the fingerprint sensor stopped working. dont waste your time
