Borderline rude staff, who were not helpful at all. Hugely disappointing interaction with an otherwise excellent brand.

Staff rude and unhelpful. Would really like to know why people like this make life so much more difficult. They think that they are superior beings as they work in a Nespresso shop. Go to Grind on London Bridge to get pods as they're better and much better service.

Overhearing an unpleasant interaction I came in today with my Fianc with the intention of getting more information on the Nespresso machines and products with the intention of purchasing an item. We were very excited. However, I was soon very discouraged and disheartened with hearing a member of staff speaking in a condensending manner to a security guard who came in. Its not what she said but how she said it. I believe it is important to speak to everyone with the same level of respect and tone regardless of whether they are a customer or not. Both my Fianc and I decided to make a swift exit as this is not the type of store we would want to support. We hope you can use this information to train your staff.

This store always has a fab selection of coffee pods I need for both my nespresso coffee machine.
