For obvious reasons, discretion and confidentiality I can not go into detail, suffice to say I can objectively feedback that their counsellors and service ( frankly ) proved useless. One just talked about herself and all, on three other occasions, were just cold and illusive in personality and completely avoided any conversation or talk around suicidal ideation etc.
There is something very odd / strange about how they ( avoid and don't ) communicate and you will be on hold for a long time too, its all very, very cold and they even refuse to use ( even pseudo ) names.
Cold, unfriendly, distanced and really! What's the point?
I am so, so, saddened to give 1 star but am left with no option and a duty of care to inform others of the experience, should they be depending upon support ..
Thoroughly left questioning the value of this organisation apart from the fact they do promote and highlight a very serious problem and do, do a great job in advertising this well... Concentrate on that please as you do that real well. Otherwise, no thanks!
