Bought a car, did not notice that the radio was not working and the door does not lock. When reported this twice to the seller, this was ignored. Additionally, battery light was on and, when questioned, was advised that this would go away once the car ran for a few days, which never happened. Would have expected better costumer service

TERRIBLE service at this dealership, bought a Mercedes GLE on the 10th of Feb and the salesman did not put road tax on the vehicle or even mention it. We bought the vehicle home and realised there was no tax, called him the next day and he did not even give us the new keepers slip so we have no paperwork to say we own the car right now. We have no way of taxing the vehicle. DVLA said it will take 4 weeks when I called them a month ago, got a letter yesterday from DVLA saying the vehicle needs to be verified so they need images and the verification process can take another 4 weeks. So we have bought a vehicle that has just been sat in the driveway and cannot be driven due to the salesmans lack of knowledge throughout the process of selling a car. Disgraceful service overall. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Outstanding support from Mb Chase while purchasing my new car. I was extremely impressed with the respect & help i was given. Will definitely be switching to Mb chase as they showed me a completely new experience as to previous car dealerships Ive gone to. Such a quick and simple experience and got the car i had my eye on which has been amazing! I will definitely be recommending to all my family & friends!

Its not a review Just sharing an experience happened to me I brought a 2011 plate 120000 miles c class for nearly 5k from them which is not cheap by any standards atleast for me And i part exchanged 07 plate mini with 120000 miles for 950gbp I asked for warranty and he told no warranty After 5 days engine management light came on and to be fair he has agreed for a 30 days buy back with me because iam so adamant on garantee and warranty because end of the day that peace of mind is the only reason i came to buy from a so called SPECIALIST He told they will charge 599 as admin fee to taking back a 5 day old car So ended up spending a 1000 pound mending that car rather than giving away 599 So if they say no garantee just walk away Apparently he just reseted the error message and sold the car The car has not even serviced by a specialist I wouldnt have bothered putting a detailed feed back if they are called MERCEDES SELLER They call themselves as specialist and not even service the car before selling to be fair they just give it a good wash and sold it for profit I personally think i would have been better off buying from an individual You can check there autotrader advertisement they claim you can buy with the peace of mind of a specialist which is not true atleast in my case Just lookout bargain and if says no garantee and warantee please dont think twice walkaway You will be better off Thanks
