Brilliant co-working space. Spacious and quiet cafe. Only thing is it can get very busy so you have to secure a spot early.

Cant fault this coffee shop which is part of a coworking space and aparthotel. Everything on the menu is delicious and reasonably priced, including the coffee which is also of a high quality. The only thing to watch out for is the coworkers will often buy up all of the sandwiches and wraps so these can run out fairly quickly.

Ive been a long-term customer of Shaman, coming here very frequently for months now. Over the past few months, Ive spent hundreds of pounds on coffees, food and lunches here. Today for the first time, I had to leave my space for just over 30 minutes to have a private conference call and to my surprise, upon my return my things had been taken from the place where I was sitting and there was someone else sitting there. My things had been taken by a Shaman manager, who was extremely rude and had no interest whatsoever in listening to what I had to say or even propose a solution. It a real pity that a place like Shaman, with a nice environment, such amazing and friendly baristas like Ava and Roland are let down by an incompetent management team/individuals who have no idea how to run a business and keep long-term customers from coming back. They so easily and quickly destroy all the goodwill and customer loyalty built up by the rest of the team over months, which is a real shame. Whilst I fully understand Shaman is a business and needs to generate revenue (to which Ive contributed very significantly and consistently towards over the past few months), irrational/strict enforcement without logic and an effective system and total disregard and disrespect for long-term customers will never end positively for anyone. After todays experience, I'll never be returning here and Ill be looking for other spaces where Ill be valued as a long-term, loyal customer.
