scheduled a meeting for 3.30pm, took the time out to do this, then called an hour before to say we have not had confirmation of the call, only answering machine available, left a message then emailed to ask what is happening. no reply, no email back, no scheduled call. Thought I would wait 24 hours before writing a review, so I called again, you guessed it, answer machine again. What a load of rubbish.

Dragon Argent was recommended by a friend and can honestly say that their service was outstanding. In contrast to some other law firms, Dragon Argent seemed to genuinely want to help me and didnt exhibit the usual lawyer behaviour of giving impersonal stock advice. Their customer service was second to none: Always responsive and accommodating, and rapidly finding paths forward when curveballs came my way. Dragon Argent will be my first port of call in the future, and I dont hesitate to recommend them to others.
