        I been to Enfield Town to buy body wash and lotion for myself , Monica helped lots , she was very helpful and friendly, thank you so much for your brilliant costumer service ,you are a star

        I went to the enfield branch with my daughter today and one of the staff members who I believe is the manager was quite rude. She walked to my 14 year old daughter and addressed her in a very aggressive way. She assumed that she hadnt used the spatula to try the tester product when she had and told her off! Use the spatula, dont use your fingers she told her. She sounded very edgy and unprofessional. My daughter was very upset and we walked out of the shop because she was about to cry. Extremely disappointed as this is our local branch and my daughter absolutely loves body shop products. Walked into boots next door and what a difference! Absolutely lovely staff and very helpful and smiling. Train your staff to provide better customer service Bodyshop.

        Having visited The Body Shop Enfield Town today, I had to give some positive feedback on the excellent customer service I received. Monica & another girl (sorry didn't get her name) who were working there gave perfect customer service!! Attentive, polite & friendly. It was so refreshing compared to some of the dire service I've experienced in other high street stores. It made my shopping experience all the more better.
